  • Client/Matter Information: details you provide about your legal needs, uploaded documents, preferences, communication history.

  • Scheduling & Communications: appointment dates/times, call notes, emails, SMS/text messages (including message content, time, delivery status).

  • Payment & Transaction Data: amounts paid, invoice/receipt details, limited billing metadata (card details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).

  • Technical Data: log files, device/browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and cookie data (see Cookies below).

3) How We Use Personal Information

  • Schedule appointments, send confirmations/reminders, and deliver matter status updates.

  • Opt-in: You may opt in by checking an unchecked consent box during scheduling/intake, via our engagement agreement, or by texting an opt-in keyword and confirming (double opt-in).

  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to end. You may also contact us to opt out.

  • Frequency & rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • No third-party sharing of SMS consent: SMS consent is not shared with third parties.

  • No marketing without consent: We do not send marketing texts without your prior express consent, and you may opt out at any time.

  • All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5) How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service Providers: trusted vendors who process data for us (e.g., hosting, messaging platforms, e-signature, scheduling, payment processing, analytics) under contracts that restrict use to our instructions. We do not share SMS consent with third parties.

    We do not disclose client confidential information except as permitted by you, applicable law, or professional responsibility rules.
